Nannabella exists for over a year now and one of the most beautiful aspects of this adventure, so far, has been the birth of relationships and collaborations, that bloom unexpected and surprising.
One of the meetings -at a distance for now, but sooner or later I hope to remedy- more “magical” of these months is the one with Federica Menon, a very good photographer that I had the pleasure of discovering thanks to Nannabella.
At the beginning of last November I received some beautiful photos in direct, on Instagram, sent by Federica: she had purchased some of our products (bands and a blanket) and she had photographed her little Alice with them.
It was love at first sight: I immediately fell in love with those photos, beautiful for many reasons. For the warm colors, the shades expertly juxtaposed, the light of the photos, the eyes of Alice, the ability of Federica to catch the right light, the gaze intent; her way of making a photo not simply a “beautiful image”, but something more special, that reaches the heart and excites.
Recently I’ve had the occasion to observe the magnificent work of Federica through her Instagram page (I also recommend you to run and take a look!) It mainly deals with family photos and she is very good at telling the most special and exciting moments of families that portrays: the belly and the expectation of a baby, the arrival of a newborn, the anniversary, Christmas, or the simple being together. I especially love the photos she takes outdoor and I find incredible her ability to identify places that seem magical: I think of a beautiful tree-lined avenue that is among the photos she took even with Nannabella products, or the red banks of holly berries, that created a wonderful effect together with the girl portrayed in the foreground.
Even the indoor settings are spectacular, with simple details, but precious and refined.
In short, from that first time, other photos from her with our articles followed. And I really hope that there will be many more, because I love them. Thanks Federica.
